For children below 18 years, either parent’s Aadhaar card must be presented at the time of registration.

Mobile number (optional but recommended for OTP and updates)

Important Notes:
For children below 5 years, biometric data such as fingerprints and iris scans are not required.
The applicant or guardian must be physically present at the enrollment center.
During the enrollment process, you will receive an acknowledgment slip containing your enrollment number.
How to Update Your Address in Aadhaar
1. Existing Aadhaar Card
Aadhaar Card (Original) – To establish identity of the applicant.
2. Proof of Address (PoA)
Must be in the same person’s name.
Any one of the following is acceptable:
Passport
Bank Statement / Passbook (≤ 3 months old)
Post Office Account Statement / Passbook
Ration Card
Voter ID (EPIC)
Driving Licence
Electricity Bill (≤ 3 months old)
Water Bill (≤ 3 months old)
Landline / Telephone Bill (≤ 3 months old)
Gas Connection Bill (≤ 3 months old)
Property Tax Receipt (≤ 1 year old)
Insurance Policy
Registered Rent Agreement
